Eating well is import for your whole lifespan but there is nothing like carrying a little one that makes you really aware of what you are putting into your body. As moms, we want to make sure our baby is getting everything they need. Here is a food chart that can help you keep track of what you should be having each day.
I have divided it into squares so you can check them off as you eat them and know what you have left to eat if you are hungry. Below is also a guide for what foods fall under each category.
I put mine on my refrigerator and put magnets over the squares I used. I know others have printed this out and laminated it so they could cross off the squares with a white board marker and then reuse it the next day. It’s up to you how you use it!
